The White House proposes an Energy Security Trust Fund

The White House proposal of an Energy Security Trust started with a group of high level former military men (Generals and Admirals), and current CEOs focused on one thing – Securing America’s Future Energy. In fact, that is the name of the organization that developed the idea. $200 million per year over the next ten years focused on developing alternative fuels for transportation.
