To debut at Birmingham Commercial Vehicle Show
Nissan’s eNV200 will debut next month at the Commercial Vehicle Show in Birmingham, England. Also debuting will be the NV200 London Taxi. The Nissan NV200 was selected as the New York City Taxi of Tomorrow and will be the exclusive New York City taxi for 10 years starting with its introduction later this year.
As we reported last year (found here), the eNV200 will be built in Spain, where the production of the gasoline engine version is already constructed. Global testing of the eNV200 has been going on since 2011 with Japan’s postal service, Federal Express, and British Gas.
